Dr. Lachin Hatemi
After obtaining his medical degree from the University of Kentucky he went on to perform a residency at the University of NY, Buffalo.
He returned to South Carolina and started working in the Urgent Care medical field where he has treated thousands of patients with kindness and compassion leading him to open his own clinic.
Veritas Health is Lachin’s way of ensuring proper patient care along with truth in medicine, a dream he has now made a reality.

Allison Moore, DNP

Allison Moore, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, MSCP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is deeply committed to supporting individuals in feeling their best and aging well.
Allison earned a Master's in Nursing from Walden University in 2016 and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University in 2023. In 2024, Allison became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), further enhancing her expertise in helping women navigate the challenges of menopause and midlife health with confidence and clarity.
Passionate about holistic care and empowering patients to prioritize their health, Allison is excited to guide others toward achieving optimal wellness and vitality through personalized care and evidence-based practices.
Jillian White, DNP-BC, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Jillian White, DNP-BC, APRN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a holistic approach.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, followed by both her Master’s (2015) and Doctorate (2016) degrees from the Medical University of South Carolina. With over eight years of experience in primary and urgent care, Jillian has transitioned her focus to integrative medicine, where she specializes in aesthetics, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, and weight management.
Passionate about helping patients achieve optimal wellness, Jillian works closely with each patient to create personalized care plans that combine a variety of modalities. Her goal is to help patients feel their best both inside and out by fostering meaningful relationships and supporting their journey toward improved health and vitality.
